1. Introduction

2. Subscription Services
2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing month.

- You may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase if you are not satisfied with our services.
- After the initial 14-day period, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your subscription at our discretion, less a 15% administrative fee.

3. Specialized Financial Reports and One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of specialized financial reports, market analysis, or other digital content:
- Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once you have accessed or downloaded the content.
- If you have purchased but not yet accessed or downloaded the content, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.
- If you believe the content does not match the description provided or is materially defective, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase, provided you include a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Each refund request for one-time purchases will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
4. Events and Webinars
For financial conferences, webinars, and other events:
- Cancellations made 14 or more days before the event date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund.
- If an event is rescheduled or cancelled by TurkFin, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to the rescheduled date or an alternative event.

5. Technical Issues and Service Availability
In the event of prolonged service disruptions or technical issues that significantly affect your ability to access our paid content:
- For service disruptions lasting more than 24 consecutive hours, we may, at our discretion, extend your subscription period to compensate for the downtime.
- For severe technical issues that prevent access to our services for more than 72 consecutive hours, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.
- All technical issues must be reported promptly to our support team at [email protected] to be eligible for compensation or refunds.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

8. Promotional Offers and Discounted Subscriptions

- Refunds will be based on the actual amount paid, not the original list price.

- Free trial conversions are subject to our standard refund policies starting from the date when payment is processed.

TurkFin is not responsible for any differences caused by exchange rate changes.
11. Abuse of Refund Policy
TurkFin reserves the right to refuse refunds to customers who abuse our refund policy, including but not limited to:
- Repeatedly subscribing and requesting refunds
- Downloading or extensively using content and then requesting refunds
- Providing false information in refund requests
In such cases, we may also suspend or terminate the customer's account.
